    Una voce nella notte

    E' notte
    la voce di un bimbo mi chiama.
    Sorrido nel sonno,
    allungo una mano nel buio,
    lo prendo,
    lo stringo sul petto,
    lo guardo:
    ha gli occhi ridenti
    più verdi di un prato,
    biondi i capelli,
    il nasino un po' alzato.
    Sorrido
    lo stringo – lo stringo più forte e…..
    mi sveglio.
    E' buio e tutto è silenzio,
    le braccia incrociate sul petto
    stringono il vuoto.
    Son sola,
    l'angoscia mi prende
    una lacrima mi scende sul viso
    e spegne la gioia e il sorriso.
